PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
To re-engineer the destiny of the student towards prosperity using sound training and applicable principles. The student is further prepared with spiritual weapons, great work ethics and health awareness to be able to succeed anywhere in the world.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Only program members who want to travel overseas to work are eligible to register for TOP Camp. TOP camp is twelve (12) challenging sessions of learning and practical work stressing the importance of the application of knowledge acquired to effect positive changes in life. At the camp, all program members learn together and enjoy exciting classes filled with prayer, edutainment, site visits, visiting lecturers as well as studying the lives of prosperous world and biblical figures.

PROGRAM OUTPUT
At the end of the TOP camp, an applicant is expected to:

• Attain a higher level of spiritual maturity to handle life’s successes and difficulties with ease.
• Have excellent work ethics and know appropriate work place safety habits.
• Operate his/her new life based on his/her just established personal mission statement.
• Make a commitment to using integrity on their journey to prosperity.
• Understand money and its proper management for ultimate success in life.
• Be in compliance with authority and rules at all times, especially in the new cultural, legal and professional environment.
